Browsing this site, creating an account or submitting a form constitutes acceptance of the terms set out below. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

These terms may be revised from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force, and continued use after a change signals acceptance of the updated terms.

AwareMedic publishes plain language explanations of Medicare coverage and helps compare available options against the doctors, prescriptions and budget a visitor already has in place.

Nothing published here is medical advice, legal advice, tax advice or a guarantee of coverage. Enrollment decisions remain entirely with the person making them, and official plan documents always take precedence over any summary presented here.

Use of this site is limited to residents of the United States who are of legal age. Submitting a form is a representation that this requirement is met and that the details entered are accurate and belong to the person entering them, or that permission has been given to submit them on someone else's behalf.

• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared or transferred.
• Keeping a password confidential is the responsibility of the account holder.
• Activity carried out through an account is treated as authorised by its holder.
• Suspected unauthorised access should be reported as soon as it is noticed.
• An account may be suspended or closed where these terms are breached.

A comparison is only as reliable as the details it is built on. Doctors, prescriptions, existing coverage and budget figures should be entered as accurately as possible, and updated when they change.

Where submitted information turns out to be incomplete or incorrect, any comparison produced from it should be treated as provisional until the details are corrected and the comparison is run again.

The following are not permitted:

• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to another person.
• Interfering with the operation, security or availability of the site.
• Scraping, harvesting or copying content by automated means.
• Reproducing published material for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Using the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.

Service messages relating to a submitted request and promotional messages about coverage options are handled as separate permissions, each granted separately at signup. Neither is a condition of using the site or of receiving a comparison.

Replying STOP to any text message ends that stream of messages, and replying HELP returns assistance information. Standard message and data rates set by a mobile carrier may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Text, layout, graphics, logos and code across this site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of their owner. Personal, non commercial reading and printing is permitted. Republishing, redistribution or use of the material to build a competing service is not.

Links to government resources, insurer pages and other outside references are provided for convenience. Those destinations are controlled by their own operators, and no responsibility is accepted for their content, accuracy or availability.

The site and everything on it are provided on an as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No promise is made that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that published information will remain current as plans, drug lists and networks change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on any material published here, including loss connected to a coverage decision.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations to be excluded. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent the law permits.

Anyone who breaches these terms, or misuses the site, agrees to cover the losses, claims and reasonable costs that arise from that conduct.

Disputes are best settled informally, and an attempt to resolve a matter directly is expected before any formal step is taken. Where that fails, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and class or representative proceedings are waived.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in a small claims court where the claim qualifies for that forum.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the greatest extent the law allows.

Access to the site or to an account may be suspended or ended at any time where these terms are breached or where continued access would create a legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute resolution, continue to apply.
